Return Policy
- Return requests are accepted under the following conditions:
- If the customer wishes to return for any reason, only the value of the raw metal (gold or silver) will be refunded (based on the daily rate at the time of return), while labor charges, taxes, and bank fees will be deducted.
- If the error is from our side (such as mismatch in weight, design, or specifications), the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid with no deductions.
Exchange Policy
- Customers may request an exchange under the following steps:
- Contact our customer support team to request an exchange.
- Return the product to our store for inspection.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- After receiving and inspecting the product:
- A store credit equal to the product value will be added to the customer’s online account.
- The credit can be used for future purchases through our online store.
- Shipping and packaging costs are fully borne by the customer in all exchange cases.
