Return & Exchange Process
  • Products can only be returned or exchanged in cases of manufacturing defects not visible in product images or errors in the order from our side, provided you notify our support team immediately upon receiving the order.
  • All items are carefully inspected and photographed before shipping to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • If a defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the product or refund the amount according to our store policy.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after confirmation, especially if they have entered the processing or shipping stage.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Cases
  • Products that have been used or mishandled by the customer.
  • Removal of security stickers or damage to the original packaging and accessories.
  • Tampering with the product, removing serial numbers, or losing the attached invoice.
  • Customized products (e.g., engraved or specially designed items).

Order Cancellation Policy
  • The store reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
  • Product unavailability.
  • Pricing errors.
  • Incomplete order verification procedures.
  • “Pick-up from branch” orders cannot be canceled once prepared and packaged.
  • For canceled orders that have already entered the processing stage, only the product value will be refunded, with shipping costs and payment gateway fees deducted.
  • Customers may modify their orders only before entering the processing or packaging stage and before handing over to the shipping company.

Customized Products
  • Customized orders (such as engravings or personalized designs) cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.

Refunds
  • If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they may request an exchange through customer support.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging for inspection.
  • Upon confirmation, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
